Mr. Naresh Nama joined DTL in 2013 as the General Manager and, in his position, is involved in all strategic projects of the Company along with the day to day running. He possesses a comprehensive overall knowledge of the Chemical and Agrochemical industry with 30 years of experience in the sector. Prior to joining DTL, Naresh has cumulated several functions related to his fields in India and moved to Kenya for 6 years. He headed his own business for 5 years and is now a key member of the DTL senior management team.
He is graduated in Chemistry from Mumbai University (India) and is a seasoned Export & Import Professional.
Ms. Veena Veloopillay joined DTL in 1997 as Accounts Clerk and has since climbed up the corporate ladder, gathering a wealth of knowledge and experience along the way. Veena is presently the Chief Accountant and looks at the day-to-day and long-term financial operations of the Company.
She is a Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
Mrs. Anisha Sennik is the Procurement Manager and has been working for DTL since 2010. Her work profile ranges from dealing with international suppliers, negotiating orders, booking shipments, documentation and overseeing shipment clearances, among others.
Anisha holds a Post Graduate degree in Textile Design and Development from the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) which is affiliated with FIT New York (US) as well as B. Com (Hons) in Commerce from the University of New Delhi, India.
Mr. Patrick Desmarais is a seasoned professional in the fields of Management, Marketing & Sales and Business Development and has worked for prestigious companies as Manager and BU Manager – both local and regional – before joining DTL in 2016 as an Independent Consultant. He is the Marketing Manager since 2017 and has, among other tasks, the responsibility of driving top line growth and profitability.
Patrick holds a degree in Marketing, Management and Sales from Natal Tech (South Africa) and is a graduate in Business and Textiles Technology from De Monfort University (UK).
